I never thought my review of HelloReplicaWatches.com will turn out this way. As soon as I say their website, I thought it will be a great time to buy a good, quality replica Tag Heuer watch. But it seems like, no matter how good a site looks like, their watches can still be pieces of junk. The only positive aspect of this site is the fact that they honor their return policy.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
As much as I would like to say their fake Tag Heuer watches are good, they aren't. As soon as I laid my eyes on my watch, I knew there's something wrong with it. The chronograph function is not working and the metal plate with the Caliper engraving that is supposed to be screwed on the quadrant at three o'clock and the quadrant at 6 o'clock is loose. And the screws are missing. There is no way to repair this watch.
The Site: Usability and Design
Like I said, I was impressed by the professional look of the site. Even thought the main page is rather simple, in
this case, it's not a bad thing. Of course they are starting to have the best replica watches , what else can they say? The photos of their replica Tag Heuer watches are of their actual products; that's the reason I expected to see more of them, or at least bigger photos.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
They won't reply to your emails within 24 hours and they really don't ask a lot of questions, in case you want to return the watch. They are not rude or anything like that but, if you ask me, this policy shows a lack of interest.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
You have two options: free shipping but you have to wait 15-25 days or you can pay the $15 shipping fee and receive the watch in about 8-14 days.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
You have 14 days to return the watch, no matter your reason. And they are very cool with this policy! They sent me the return address as soon as I told them the watch is no good. The bad side is that I had to wait another 14 days to get my money back.
The Bottom Line
I'm not going to be that harsh with this website! I'll probably order from them again but not one of their fake Tag Heuer watches.
